On first login you won't have any customers registered in the Blend portal.
To create a new Customer:
- Click into the home page search field
- Start typing your customers name
- A drop down will appear, select 'create new customer'
You will be taken to the 'create new customer' page:
- Complete the mandatory personal details:
- first name
- last name
- confirm whether your customer is an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- state
- date of birth
- Complete the mandatory employment details:
- employment status
- occupation
- Click 'continue'
- Review your customers profile, if a correction of details entered is needed click on 'edit', if all ok click on 'save customer'
- Well done you have successfully created your customers profile
- Click on 'new quote' to get a quote for an available product/coverage
- Click on 'more details' to view your customers profile where you can amend the profile or get a new quote
