^ Terms & Conditions: All Individual Personal Accident & Sickness quotes issued and bound via Blend's broker portal between 6 May 2019 and 31 July 2019 for customers who meet the eligibility criteria* the premium (excluding taxes and charges) will remain the same for each of the first and second renewal of their policy unless: (1) there is a change to their occupation or employment status, (2) there is a change to their declared hazardous activities, (3) there is a change to their selected level of cover or benefits, or (4) they have made a claim under their policy. *Eligibility Criteria: For a customer to be eligible for this campaign they must be sixty-three (63) years old or younger on the inception date of their Blend policy and have had no claims in the three (3) years prior to inception , or such shorter period if they haven't held a policy for three (3) years or more.
