How to notify a new claim:

You can notify a new claim using the link below.

This will direct you to a New Claim Notification Form intended to collect initial information to help us triage your claim efficiently.


Once the form has been submitted, we will triage the new claim notification, and the relevant claims provider will provide you with a claim reference. 
They will also outline what you need to provide in support of your claim to be assessed.


You must provide first notification within thirty (30) days of an event that is likely to give rise to a claim. 

If it is not possible to notify within that time, you must notify as soon as reasonably possible.

You must fully complete and return the claim form (as relevant) and provide the supporting documentation to
the claims provider. This information can include health certificates, medical practitioners’ reports, employer reports and related evidence of the claim.




Our claims provider panel:

Blend’s accident, sickness and travel insurance claims are handled by a specialist panel of third-party claims providers.

Our panel have significant industry experience and work closely with us and to ensure all claims are handled in an expert manner.

The nominated claims handler will depend on the type of Blend policy you hold.
